ALAVIS™ MSM for horses is natural component with demonstrated analgetic and anti-inflammatory effects.

ALAVIS™ MSM for horses reduces production of inflammation mediators, particularly interleucin-1, improves physical condition, strengthens ligaments and tendons, protects joints under stress and improves their functioning. An excellent supplement for improvement of overall health condition and extension of active live of horses.

ALAVIS™ MSM for horses contains 99,97% methylsulfonyl­methane (ultra-pure grade). It does not contain any additives, thus maintaining high quality of this preparation

ALAVIS™ MSM for horses contains pure dietetic methylsulfonyl­methan, which is valuable biological source of sulfur, vital mineral substance. MSM is a white crystalline powder without characteristic sulphur odour so that the horses accept it without any problems.

ALAVIS™ MSM for horses cantains ultra–pure grade 99,97% MSM (methylsulfonyl­methane).

Effective substance ALAVIS™ MSM for horses:

MSM – Methylsulphonyl­methane – a natural substance which contains organic-bound sulphur which is implicated in the process of collagen formation, strengthens ligaments and tendons, have relaxation and recovery effect on muscles. MSM not only helps alleviate joint pain but also, due to its antioxidative and detoxication effects, degradation of damaged joint tissue. It is also advantageous to use MSM in posttraumatic and post-surgery statuses, in which better healing of wounds was also demonstrated. MSM had analgesic, anti-inflammatory, vasodilatative and anti-oedematous effect. It is also applicable for alleviation from muscle pain, muscle spasms and tendon pain.

COLLYSS™®
Type I collagen of the top quality – occurs in heavily stressed structures such as tendons and fibrocartilage. It is resistant to tension and therefore it is very important for the strength of tendons and thereby for the reinforcement of the musculoskeletal system. This collagen also occurs in bones and skin. The COLLYSS™ type I collagen is a patent produced purified collagen hydrolyzate extracted from the cartilage of sea fish.

CARTIDYSS™
Type II collagen of the top quality – maintains the shape of the cartilage and prevents its deformation. Type II collagen is included in the hyaline and elastic cartilage and is resistant to pressure. CARTIDYSS™ is a purified collagen hydrolyzate extracted from the cartilage of rays.

Administration: Powder is administered daily, according to recommended dosage in seed fodder, molasses or directly to the horse mouth.

Period of administration: Can be administered for a long period of time. No side effects. ALAVIS™ MSM for horses is not doping, it can be administered throughout the racing season.
